Mumbai Pav Bhaji

Buttery, tomato-rich bhaji that tastes like your favourite corner stall. Toast the pav, heat the gravy, and you are set for a crowd-pleasing dinner.

Potato, tomato, onion, refined sunflower oil, butter, capsicum, pav bhaji masala, iodised salt, and other ingredients as listed on pack. Refer to the retail pouch for the complete statement and allergens.

Heat the bhaji in a pan with a splash of water until hot; toast buttered pav on a tawa. Serve Mumbai-style with lemon, onion and coriander.

Fresh coriander, finely chopped onion, lemon wedges, and an extra knob of butter on top.

Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature. Protect from direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate until the pouch is opened. Once opened consume immediately. Mix well before use. Oil separation is natural. Do not use if the pouch is leaking or bloated.
