Toor dal, tamarind, tomato, onion, refined sunflower oil, sambar spices, vegetables, iodised salt, and other ingredients as listed on pack. Refer to the retail pouch for the complete statement and allergens.

Dilute with water to taste, simmer with your choice of vegetables, and serve with rice, idli, dosa or vada.

Fresh coriander, curry leaves tempered in oil, and a spoon of ghee.

Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature. Protect from direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate until the pouch is opened. Once opened consume immediately. Mix well before use. Oil separation is natural. Do not use if the pouch is leaking or bloated.
